What you get

One blank style (Gildan Softstyle or equivalent), one front design across the whole pack.
You pay the pack total first. Then you send contact email, event name and date, size counts (S through 5XL totaling the pack), and your design.
We print through Printful or Printify partners and ship to a US address. Shipping is already in the price you see.

After pay, land on the success page. Leave email, event name and date, and size counts that add up to your pack.
Send your design (PNG or PDF preferred) to the orders inbox from that page. One front design for the whole pack.
We print and ship through Printful or Printify partners to your US address. Plan on about 10 to 14 business days for production plus US shipping. Tracking comes when it leaves the partner.

US ship in the pack price is standard partner freight, not rush. If your event is sooner than about 14 business days out, email orders@shirtbarn.com before you pay.

After you pay

Printed by partners: Fulfillment runs through Printful or Printify. Same blank style across the pack. Quality is production-print, not garage heat press.
US shipping in the price: The $228 / $360 / $576 totals already include US shipping. No surprise freight line at the end.
Sizes after checkout: You do not pick every size before paying. After Stripe clears, you submit S through 5XL counts that total your pack size. Pack prices include sizes through XL; 2XL through 5XL may add a small partner size surcharge we confirm before print.
One design, whole pack: Email art after pay. We print that front design on every shirt in the pack. Keep it clean and high-res.
Returns: Defect reprint via the print partner. Otherwise custom print is final sale.

What are the three packs?

Crew of 12 is $228 ($19/shirt). Crew of 24 is $360 ($15/shirt). Crew of 48 is $576 ($12/shirt). US shipping is included in those totals.

What shirt blank do you use?

Gildan Softstyle or an equivalent soft tee. One blank style for the whole pack. After pay you pick one Softstyle stock color for the whole pack (White, Black, Navy, Sport Grey, Red, Military Green, Sand, or Soft Cream).

When do I pick sizes?

After you pay. On the success page you enter counts for S through 5XL. Those counts must add up to 12, 24, or 48 depending on the pack you bought.

How do I send my design?

After pay, use the success page mailto to send PNG or PDF art to the orders inbox. One front design covers every shirt in the pack.

Who prints and ships?

Printful or Printify partners. We fulfill from the paid queue. You get a US shipment with tracking once the partner releases it. Plan on about 10 to 14 business days for production and US shipping. That is not rush.

How long does it take?

About 10 to 14 business days for partner production plus US shipping. Ship-by dates inside that window are not guaranteed. Email orders@shirtbarn.com before you pay if your event is sooner.

Do bigger sizes cost more?

Pack prices include sizes through XL. 2XL through 5XL may add a small partner size surcharge we confirm before print.

Can I return custom tees?

Defect reprint via the print partner. Otherwise custom print is final sale.

Is this for B2B bulk quotes?

No. This is purchase-first fixed event packs. Family reunions, barn weddings, farm and orchard crews. Not custom quote merch for offices.
